Philly Cheesesteak Salad

  • 1 lb. shaved beef steak
  • 2 red bell peppers, chopped
  • 8 oz. baby bella mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 9 oz. bag of romaine lettuce
  1. Sautee mushrooms with *no* oil. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Sautee bell peppers and onions in oil. Once soft, add beef.
  3. Return mushrooms to pan.

Serve with cheese on bread or vegetables.
