Mushroom Masala

Ingredients Shallots 10 cut into pieces Red chillies 2 to 3 Mixture of spices (black pepper, fennel, cinnamon clove and other spices) Mushroom 200 gms washed and cut into pieces Preparation Heat the pan and pour in 10 ml of oil.Put in the pepper seeds ,fennel seeds,other spices , dried chillies and shallots into the oil and saute till the shallots are a golden brown. After this pour in 5 to 10 ml of water and saute and crush the ingredients into a paste. Now add salt to taste and mix. Now put in the mushrooms. Saute and mix all the ingredients together. Pour in half a cup of water. Mix and let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes and take off the flame and serve
