Chickpea Scramble

  • Peas, 1 can
  • Chickpeas, 2 cans
  • Carrot, grated
  • Onion, diced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Ground cumin
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Coconut oil

Mash the chickpeas and peas.

Grate the carrot and add to mix.

Add diced onion and seasoning.

Add water and mix it well.

Fry it for 5-10 minutes and it’s ready to serve.
